me, myself, have not gone to confession in an obscenely long time, but that's neither here nor there. my son has now completed his first official confession. i am a sucker for tradition, therefore, i've followed my catholic ways through thick and through a lot of thin. as parents, we are going to allow our children to make up their own minds but FIRST they have to be educated enough to make that decision when the time comes. hence, the sunday school and sacraments. so, here we are at tommy's first confession and his first communion is coming up soon.
